We aim to set out a few points for you with the goal of providing you with more information and therefore greater clarity in respect of this company and the nature of its business so as for you to be able to make a fully informed decision about who you’d like to represent you in general complaint matters as well as in some legally related ones.

 

Our business venture was setup on 27/11/2014 and so we are still quite a new business on the way to becoming well and truly established. With the CEO’s (Shikha’s) vast general knowledge (to include the legally  related side) and skills, with reference to the dealing of complaint matters,  she aims to assist and support other people who are unable to deal with their complaint(s) by themselves. For example, if say, are unable to understand the details of your complaint due to it being too technical for you to understand due to the sparsity of your legal knowledge involved maybe?  Or maybe you are too busy however you want justice as you are irate about a certain matter?  What happens if due to your being a foreigner, the English language is a barrier to you?  Maybe you cannot afford to instruct a lawyer and/or their case involves a hearing at court 

and you’d like a McKenzie friend/advocate or McKenzie friend/advocate and interpreter to help you out at a reasonable rate?

 

Whatsoever your reason may be, as this is not an exhaustive list and your reasoning may even include a combination (even all of) of the above thus we believe that Shikha can assist you further. We specialise mostly in general complaint matters yet we also assist in some legal complaints within the remit of Shikha’s expertise.  The general complaint areas that we undertake include banking customer service complaints, airline complaints, bailiff action (to bide more time), mobile phone company complaints and some parking complaints matters yet it is whatsoever Shikha feels that she can tackle and a risk assessment is carried out by ourselves  initially in order to decipher if it is possible to help you out or not in terms of 

determining if the complaint is, to put it frankly, 'worth our while' as our fees are very minimal.

 

We also deal with the MCOL system on your behalf and do some special letters e.g. DSAR letters at a good price.  The state that the UK is in and has been in for quite some time, has meant that "cheap is very cheerful" in terms of the price paid for any service yet our organisation endeavours to provide a service of the highest calibre especially considering the fact that we mainly work from One Canada Square in Canary Wharf albeit we have access to other offices in the Central London area 

(which are mostly used for client meetings e.g. Fenchurch Street, Mayfair, etc).  

 

Shikha began with the dealing of her friend’s cases and the friend of her friend's cases in her spare time for over 1 year before deciding that it was time to form a company because she was getting busier by the day, and this was just from 'word of mouth' alone.

 

Shikha works really long hours and has a very serious attitude to work and a great work ethic and is extremely polite yet ‘straight up’ and has a professional persona. As there is a huge gap in the market for this kind of service at the present 

moment in time, we’re just glad that Shikha took the first step in the incorporation of this company!  We as a team, work exceptionally hard to deliver the greatest of results to each and every one of you as our clients, regardless of your age, race, creed, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, height, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, skin colour, and weight 

as we strictly prohibit discrimination of any form.
